Rockwell Automation’s Graduate Engineer Trainee (GET) Program is designed to give recent graduates hands-on experience to gain skills and knowledge for their career. As a GET, you will work on innovative projects and gain expertise in system development, testing, and design fundamentals. Job Key Responsibilities

Training and Development : After successfully completing the Graduate Engineer Trainee (GET) Program, you will be eligible for a full-time engineering position at Rockwell Automation. This opens the door for you to begin a rewarding career.
System Design : To develop and implement advanced system requirements so that there is seamless compatibility between software and hardware and project objectives and technical standards can be met.
