Position : Graduate Apprentice Trainee

This role is for recent graduates who are excited to pursue a career in the financial services industry. As a Graduate Apprentice Trainee, you will work with Volvo Financial Services to enhance customer satisfaction, whilst contributing to the company’s growth and success.

Job Responsibilities : Graduate Apprentice Trainee

Build and maintain positive customer relationships, while managing outstanding accounts and ensuring timely follow-up.
Engage with customers to resolve disputes and settle outstanding payments through effective negotiation.
Oversee the deployment and utilization of assets to ensure smooth operation.
Ensure timely and accurate completion of trip reports, data collection and system updates.
Adhere to all organizational policies and industry standards.
Collaborate with retrieval agencies, legal teams and collections firms as required.
Regularly review outstanding accounts and promptly report any issues or challenges.

Skills & Qualifications

A recent graduate, ideally a B.Com. or BBA degree holder.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office products.
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, in Hindi, English and your regional language. Knowledge of additional languages is an advantage.
Strong motivation to grow professionally in the financial services industry.
Willingness to maintain regional relationships and travel frequently for work.
Ability to work methodically in a process-based environment.
Owning a two-wheeler and holding a valid driving license is a must.
