Job Description : Associate Analyst

The Associate Analyst position in EY’s Risk Management Services (RMS) unit provides a key role focused on ensuring the firm’s compliance with international standards and regulations. This team oversees internal risk management associated with client engagements.

As an Associate Analyst, you will develop expertise in risk management and independence policies, as well as act as the primary point of contact for client teams, ensuring effective communication and adherence to compliance protocols.

Job Responsibilities : Associate Analyst

Act as the primary point of contact for internal departments, RMS Consultants and client teams, ensuring communications are clear and effective.
Understand and apply regulatory and corporate RMS policies and procedures across all functions.
Ensure the accuracy and completeness of client contributions, so that the correct information is in place from the start.
Provide guidance and recommendations to client teams in line with business policies.
Analyse complex problems and present your findings for internal and external evaluation.
Effectively manage multiple tasks and assignments, ensuring they are completed on time and with high quality.
Build strong internal networks between RMS and other EY teams to foster collaboration.
Independently prepare and coordinate your work plan, ensuring all relevant parties are informed of any changes or updates.
