In this role, you will be part of the Wealth Management division’s Expense Management team. Your main responsibility will be to coordinate with field management to ensure travel and expense (T&E) reimbursement requests are reviewed and approved in a timely manner, and that accuracy and compliance are maintained throughout the process.

Job Responsibilities : Analyst

Review and approve travel and expense (T&E) reimbursement requests from field consultants and branch staff.
Handle a high volume of specific requests, ensuring productivity and maintaining quality standards.
Provide excellent customer service to field associates and internal teams.
Address and escalate any issues related to expense review when required.
Ensure expense approvals are in line with company policies and procedures and maintain accuracy.
Stay informed of company policies and risk management through training sessions.
Provide feedback and suggestions to improve processes and increase efficiency.
Use critical thinking to analyze risks and maintain a positive customer experience.
