Job Description : Technical Support Engineer

Zoho is hiring Technical Support Engineers at its Uppal office, Hyderabad. In this role, you will be responsible for providing product demos, troubleshooting client technical issues, and providing accurate and timely solutions to keep clients satisfied.

As a Technical Support Engineer, you will :

Provide technical support to customers and resolve their queries effectively.
Provide online training and product demos to customers so that they can understand the solution better.
Gather and evaluate customer requirements to provide the most suitable solution.
Respond to Requests for Information (RFIs) and follow-up with potential leads.
Present Proof of Concept (POC) to potential customers to demonstrate the value and capabilities of Zoho’s products.

Job Responsibilities : Technical Support Engineer

Providing phone support to customers, particularly in the United States and United Kingdom, ensuring clear communication and prompt resolution of issues.
Providing accurate and timely solutions to customer challenges, prioritizing customer satisfaction.
Leading training sessions and online demos to help customers fully understand and utilize Zoho products.
Answering Requests for Information (RFIs) and maintaining effective communication with leads to move them forward through the sales funnel.
Gathering customer requirements and providing custom solutions to meet their specific needs.

Skills & Qualifications

Essential Skills :
- Excellent English skills, both written and verbal, to ensure clear communication with customers.
- Proficiency in a regional language, such as Hindi, to service a wide clientele.
- Ability to provide phone-based support, resolving issues in a professional and helpful manner.
- Flexibility, ability to work late nights and relocate when required, to meet the demands of the role.
- Strong ability to gather customer requirements and provide customized solutions tailored to the client’s needs.
Experience :
